We had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience special. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions and markets in Hanoi. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the free wifi was a great bonus.
There were a few minor downsides to our stay. The hotel is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovations.

Great location in a lively street with restaurants and coffee shops. Comfortable, spacious rooms with hot showers and provided toiletries. Mr. Chien provided excellent assistance with reservations in just 5 minutes. Helpful staff and one of the cheapest hotels in town. Laundry service available for a reasonable price.

My recent stay at this boutique hotel was truly impressive. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and excellent service. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing space. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit every taste. One highlight of my stay was the helpfulness and efficiency of the staff. Despite a couple of minor drawbacks, such as a broken shower door and a slight leak in the toilet tank, the overall experience was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi.
